A free screening includes a detailed evaluation by our vascular nursing staff. We also provide educational materials on vascular disease and how it’s treated. There is absolutely no cost for a screening and no obligation to receive future services. Total time for a screening is usually 20-30 min.

COVID-19  VISITOR GUIDELINES

New guidelines have been implemented in an effort to protect our patients and staff. As part of these guidelines, all screenings must be scheduled in advance. We unfortunately cannot accept walk-ins. Screening slots will be allocated over a period of 2 weeks to allow us to space visitors. All visitors will also receive a brief COVID-19 screening before entering the office. We ask all visitors to wear a mask.
